Bugs in V 0.1.02

when i boot up the game, i can get to the file selection and put in a name, but when i hit enter, it takes me back to the file select menu, but its empty. am i doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

Did you post this same question on the reddit page? Just curious if its more than one person experiencing this issue.
From my response there:
"Interesting, I can't seem to reproduce this bug. I could always upload a version that starts right in the main game but I would fear you would be unable to save your progress (not that there is much to progress through at current). Operating system? 32 vs 64 bit? Try Deleting ZeldaKanto\Saved\SaveGames and let me know how that goes."

yeah, that was me. i kinda forgot about time zones. are you in europe? anyway, when i tried to delete the saved games, there wasnt a saved game folder to delete. i tried reextracting the games, nothing changed. right now i am attempting to redownload the entire package. my thinking was that there could have been a network error when downloading and it forgot a folder. also i am on a 64 bit system running windows ten

ok, after redownloading the entire game, the same issue is present

I keep strange hours, I have a machine with windows 10 on it I'll try to figure it out when I get back to my office in a couple hours. Worst case I can package it with a save file pre-installed and see if that helps. Thank you for helping resolve this issue.

Try re-downloading it now. I could not reproduce the bug on my win 10, I put a default Link save file in there, interested to see what that does for you.

Thank YOU. Could you try making new save files? Does it remember your lvl and Rupee count on restart?
I'm thinking it might be the programs permission to read/write files to your computer.

ok, so your guess was correct. it didn't remember the rupee count, level or items. i still cannot create a new file.

Perhaps run as administrator? Oh, and also, can you delete the file that I packed with it? IN game I mean.

running as administrator lets me keep the levels, rupees and items. i can also delete saved files and create new ones in game as long as i am running as an admin
